For over a decade, I have served as a Birth Doula, offering compassionate support to individuals and families during the profound journey of childbirth. Now, as a Therapeutic Counsellor, my philosophy remains the same: just as every birth journey is unique and deserving of personalized support, so too is every life journey. I approach each client with empathy, understanding, and a deep respect for their individual needs and preferences. Whether you are navigating pregnancy and birth, grief and loss, or your own unique life struggles, I provide a safe container for you in your experiences.

Engaging in creative expression and therapeutic writing can provide valuable insights, promote emotional expression, and facilitate personal growth. Nature therapy can be integrated into our sessions to enhance your sense of connection, grounding, and inner peace.
