Q Is your therapy covered by my benefits?

Many benefits plans cover Registered Therapeutic Counsellors. You will need to check with your provider for details. I will be happy to assist you in this if needed.

Q How often should I come to therapy?

At the beginning of therapy it is important that we build a therapeutic relationship and to understand what you are going through and offer a sense of support in rough times. This process needs continuity so I usually suggest weekly at first and then gradually space them out as you need. I am open to bi weekly also at the start which can be more affordable.
