Helping to unpack, process and uplift with Art Therapy

Welcome to Westcoast Expressive. Here you will find a space to be heard, witnessed and supported. I provide art therapy from a trauma informed lens grounded in somatic experiencing to soothe on the cellular level and teach how our creativity can be a  conduit to our healing.

I offer Individual Art Therapy; Online or Mobile and Therapeutic Art Workshops Online or In-person. Currently working with Youth and Adults populations who might be experiencing  a desire to work with their mental health in a creative way. Somedays we may build our depression to see what it truly looks like. Others, we dive into the body to learn how to soothe the jagged edges and regulate our emotions. While some sessions may be a silent exploration of our grief squeezed into clay.
