I am a creative and holistic oriented counsellor who often works with clients looking to go deeper into their mental health and wellness journey. I often work with clients to soothe and support their nervous system, integrate and heal trauma, find emotional regulation, heal from grief and loss, and rekindle a sense of agency in life. Whether you’re experiencing cognitive, emotional or physical symptoms, my hope is that our work together can offer you a soft place to land and find solace, as well as a chance to metabolize past hurts and generate new possibilities for ease and agency in your life.
As a holistic therapeutic practitioner, I offer clients a wide range of modalities that meets them wherever they’re at in their healing journey. I predominantly offer somatic and expressive arts based therapies, which allows clients to renegotiate patterns and traumas stored in their nervous system with creativity and body based mindfulness.
Deciding to turn inwards is truly one of the hardest, and most exciting steps in our journeys.
