Based in Vancouver Island, BC. I’m a Master Therapeutic Counsellor, author, studio artist and potter. I’ve been in private practice since 2017, and specialize in working with neurodiversity, youths, families, adoptees, and late discovery adoptees or those who have had a parentage discovery.
I have taken specialized education in working with neurodiverse individuals, adoptees, and families using expressive therapies. I work collaboratively with individuals and families to build treatment plans that work best for the client.
My primary approach is relationship and attachment based. I create a safe environment that allows clients to express themselves and learn new skills. I often incorporate DBT, mindfulness, art, play, and nature into sessions, depending on the needs of the client.
