I bring a calm, grounded presence to my work as both a guide and witness. Having experienced profound loss and family fracture, I understand firsthand how difficult life can be. I do not sit across from you as an expert on your experience, but as someone who has walked through hardship and found a way forward.
My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and strengths-based. I draw from a variety of modalities and am trained in crisis intervention, conflict de-escalation, suicide risk assessment, and safety planning.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Indigenous Studies, a Master of Education in Leadership in Learning, a Life Coach Certificate, and a Diploma in Applied Psychology and Counselling. Together, my education and lived experience allow me to support clients with compassion, curiosity, and practical tools for change.
