Hi, I’m Melissa Sorell

I’m a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, RTC #2484 with ACCT

I’m passionate and dedicated to supporting people through life transitions, challenges, and even recovering from debilitating life experiences I’ve been there myself, faced similar challenges, and know how hard it can be to make big life changes, to move forward and to heal.

 I can teach you simple and effective techniques that will help you achieve your goals and have you feeling great!

I believe that everyone deserves to be heard, supported, and valued and everyone has the ability to achieve their goals and dreams. I know that in order to get there, you need someone on your side, someone to support you, hold you accountable and celebrate your successes. I will be there to support you every step of the way!

I believe the key to achieving your goals starts with healing from past experiences and discovering what excites you and motivates you to leap out of bed every morning. With me, you’ll learn how to create an effective plan and avoid common pitfalls that people experience when working alone so you can spend more time enjoying your life.
