I have a background in addiction counselling, trauma counselling, and adventure therapy, and I’ve have the privilege of learning about human behavior and how to guide people toward optimal mental health in several locations around the globe. I find the brain to be endlessly intriguing, and I enjoy nothing more than witnessing those “Aha!” moments when someone reaches a mental breakthrough. I feel incredibly motivated to work alongside individuals who are ready to find a greater sense of wellbeing and a deeper connection to the healthiest version of themselves.
I like to take a collaborative approach to counselling. Typically, sessions will involve setting goals and intentions to guide self-investigation. I excel in creating a supportive, non-judgmental atmosphere that welcomes honest reflection.
I have a master’s degree in Psychology and Neuroscience, and I have completed additional coursework in EMDR, hypnotherapy, trauma-informed counselling, and cross-cultural support.
