I provide a free 15 minute phone consultation to anyone interested in working with me. This is a chance for us to chat and see if my therapeutic approach might help support you with your needs & goals.
What are my fees
Therapy & Counselling Fees for 2025:
60 mins | $140
75 mins | $165
90 mins | $190
For anyone facing financial barriers to accessing services, a modified fee structure may be available depending on needs and my availability. To find out more information about my low cost & sliding scale spots feel free to get in touch.
Do you take insurance?
Yes, I do take insurance! Most insurance company now cover Registered Therapeutic Counsellors (RTC); however, please check with your insurance company first to see if they will cover RTC services. I am happy to discuss with you further and provide you with more information as needed.
What if I need to cancel?
While I certainly appreciate the unpredictability and uncertainty of life, late cancellations create a gap in my schedule which could have been used to support another person. For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, I charge the full fee for the session. I appreciate efforts to reschedule/cancel with at least 48 hours notice, and in a true emergency will make an exception to the cancellation fees. If you have specific accessibility needs, a more flexible cancellation policy may be considered after a discussion and mutual agreements are made.
