Sanaa Sanjad offers specialized, evidence-based therapy for OCD, anxiety, neurodevelopmental conditions, and trauma-related concerns across the lifespan. Using CBT, ERP, ACT, and DBT-informed approaches, and supported by advanced training through the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF), she helps clients reduce symptoms, build resilience, and improve daily functioning. Sanaa is known for a compassionate, practical, and flexible approach that meets clients where they are while support meaningful, lasting change. She is also a team member of All Brains Clinic located in Vancouver, BC, where she works within a collaborative care model supporting neurodivergent clients and families.
