I provide confidential and creative art therapy sessions in my small home-based studio. I work with people of all ages and specialize in work with children and youth. Individual and group sessions are available. Groups are maximum four children and provide an opportunity to express emotions and work through challenges through art-making,  as well as an educational component around such topics as friendship skills, emotions, flexible thinking, anger management. Art training is not necessary; a love of art-making is helpful!
