I help young adults to navigate the challenges associated with school, relationships, career development, and self exploration. I can help you to improve communication, boundaries, self worth, and to find clarity in the direction of your life. Together we will explore the interaction of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours to determine what are your strengths, and what you would like to build upon. My aim is for you to develop insight into your values, patterns, and beliefs, and to then evaluate which ones are helpful and which ones are holding you back from your greatest fulfillment.
Drawing from my education in counselling, kinesiology, and meditation practices, I take a brain-body-spirit approach. I incorporate theories such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Family systems to help you understand how your beliefs and nervous system are impacting your decisions. Based on this, I provide you with useful tools to try in between session!
