When working together you will find that my priority is to create a relationship that provides a sense of safety for you to explore whatever it is that you are needing to work through. I am a trauma trained therapist that is focused on the restoration of your overall wellbeing. I utilize a variety of modalities depending on what issues are presented.  My background is in social justice so I aim to be informed and recognize that everything we are going through has a larger social context that impacts our personal experience.  Somatic Experiencing is a specialty I am trained in for processing trauma that allows us to pay attention to what is going on within your bodily sensations to uncover things we can’t address through talk therapy alone.  I approach our time together with the intention to be the safest place possible for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, gain clarity, new perspectives and move through the past to help you discover what you need in order to move forward and live fully.
